Surprised? I definitely was.

When I first started business I was sure that more people would ask about my insurance policy or wildfire evacuation plan. I would go to Care Plan Meetings ready to inspire confidence in my new clients with all the possible information that they could possibly want. Instead of all the detailed safety concerns, everyone wanted to know what I would need to complete my job. "Here's the leash, here's the water bowl, oh and do you bring your own poop bags?"
