2. Fill Out Your Information in the Client Portal
Our team will reach out to confirm your FREE Care Plan Meeting, and send you an invitation to access the client portal. We ask that you fill out your details prior to your Care Plan Meeting.
What is the Client Portal?
This is your 24/7, hassle-free way to schedule, make online payments, and update your Care Team about any changes with your fur-babies.
3. Meet Our Care Team
Our team will arrive promptly, ready to answer questions, learn your needs and pet routines, and excited to meet your fur-babies.
Will I meet my Dog Walker/Pet Sitter?
Most of the time, yes, but occasionally the staff member in your area will have a day off. If they are unable to make the meeting, one of the staff members who met you will arrive with your regular care provider for the first visit/walk to ensure that your fur-babies feel comfortable, and get the care they deserve.

For your Care Plan Meeting, please be prepared for us to ask you, "How would you like us to access your home?"
Our Policy: If there are no humans present to allow us in, we require either two copies of your house key, OR one access code (garage, door, etc) and one copy of your house key, OR a lockbox.
